As part of the exciting learning opportunity for the four supported Ph.D. students and researchers by the Coastal Communities Resilience to Climate and Diarrhoea (C2R-CD) project of the University of Ghana, led by the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies, the team on their first official day met the key faculty members of Aarhus University on Monday.
They had an exciting tour of the Aarhus University campus which ended with discussions on key goals for their stay in Denmark.
The entire Danish and Ghana team met on Tuesday to discuss the week-long programmes for both students and researchers.
The team is expected to have discussions on the hierarchal modelling and the Bayesian approach experimented within the C2R-CD project and the progress of work by the Danish team as part of Work Package (WP) 4 activities on Wednesday. Other researchers are expected to join the team.
