The University of Ghana, through the C2R-CD project led by the Institute for Environment and Sanitation Studies, is offering an exciting opportunity to its four Ph.D. students to embark on a three-month educational tour to Denmark from September 2022. The four Ph.D. students include Delia Akosua Bandoh, Michael Kwame-Biney, Ayitiah Joseph Nii Armah, and Prosper Adiku. This has been made possible through its partnership with Aarhus University, the project’s Danish partners. As an exchange programme, the educational tour will give students the opportunity to interact with students and faculty of Aarhus University in their various disciplines. In addition to tailored training in enhanced data analyses, the students will participate a series of seminars to deepen their understanding of topical issues of mutual interest to the two universities. The students will be accompanied by a number of the C2R CD researchers for a period of two weeks. The study tour will offer supervised experiences both at in and off-campus locations which will enhance their knowledge through first-hand exposure and allow them to expand their global and cultural competency skills.
